Large Victorian Mahogany Chest
Large mid Victorian Mahogany chest. Circa 1870.
The colour is very very good and they have stunning flame Mahogany to the drawer fronts and rather striking turned handles.
Lovely patina. The drawers have the original blue paper lining.
They measure 1260mm wide x 545mm deep x 1185mm high.
The colour may be slightly different depending on your screen. All of our furniture is Antique or Vintage and has patina.
When we restore pieces we never take them back to raw as this lessens the integrity of a piece. Patina is the build up of little marks and scratches over the many years of the life of an antique, these give it a lovely warm overall appearance.
If there are any major marks or defects we will always point them out either in the description and or photos. If you need more photos just let us know. Inspections welcome. Pop into our shop.
