Late 18th Century Georgian Oak, Country House Dresser
Georgian Oak, country house dresser.
Late 18th Century.
Beautifully patinaed with generous storage below and three good size plate racks to the top, flanked by glazed cupboards.
The top shelf is a fantastic size, able to show off a very large platter.
It has had historical repairs & restoration as to be expected with a piece of this age.
These are so versatile & certainly not just for the kitchen.
It measures 1772mm wide across the pelmet, which is the widest point.
The depth is 470mm and it stands 2167mm high & is 920mm at bench height.
The colour may be slightly different depending on your screen. All of our furniture is Antique or Vintage and has patina.
When we restore pieces we never take them back to raw as this lessens the integrity of a piece. Patina is the build up of little marks and scratches over the many years of the life of an antique, these give it a lovely warm overall appearance.
If there are any major marks or defects we will always point them out either in the description and or photos. If you need more photos just let us know. Inspections welcome. Pop into our shop.
